I represent clients from Germany and abroad before all courts in Germany and the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings in Germany and abroad.
The sole exception is civil matters before the German Federal Court of Justice. In civil-law matters, the parties can only be represented by an attorney admitted to practice before the Federal Court of Justice. These attorneys can only appear before the Federal Court of Justice and Germany’s other highest federal courts.
In these cases, however, I can assist clients in selecting an attorney at the Federal Court of Justice who is especially well suited to the dispute at hand, and upon request, I can also conduct the correspondence with the attorney admitted to practice before the Federal Court of Justice.
