I advise them on the options for arranging international contracts and agreements and review contracts and agreements, forms, and general terms and conditions of business in German, English, Spanish, and French.
Moreover, I also draft contracts and agreements, forms, and general terms and conditions of business in English upon request.
For international clients, I conduct legal disputes in Germany. For clients from Germany, I handle correspondence with foreign attorneys and government agencies. In addition, I work with attorneys from elsewhere in Europe as well as throughout the Americas and conduct the correspondence with these parties so that they can successfully represent my clients in dealings with the foreign contracting parties or government agencies as well as representing them in court.
